Esimest korda saad selles deluxe-figuuripakendis omada Roxy (14 cm 6″ tolli pikk) ja tema kuulsat raketti (31 cm üle 12″ tolli pikk). Figuuriga on kaasas näitusespetsiifilised tarvikud, Display alus ja rakett koos töötavate tuledega (2 x LR44 patareid on vajalikud, ei kuulu komplekti). The New Batman Adventures on Ameerika superkangelaste animeeritud telesari, mis põhineb DC Comicsi superkangelasel Batmanil ja mida näidati Kids WB-s 13. septembrist 1997 kuni 16. jaanuarini 1999. Roxy Rocket on koomiksite superkurjategija. Roxy loodi algselt 1994. aastal DC Comics’i poolt välja antud sarja The Batman Adventures Annual #1 jaoks, mis põhines Batman: The Animated Series’il. Roxy lisati The New Batman Adventures’ile episoodis “The Ultimate Thrill”, mida esmakordselt näidati 14. septembril 1998. aastal.
